How to Book This Package
My India Travels will Mail you the tour itinerary and Terms and Conditions of the tour package for your approval. The itinerary will include the complete information about the tour package so that you can have a clear idea about the inclusions, exclusions and all other details. Once the tour itinerary is accepted you can confirm the booking after paying a minimum amount of 25 % of the total Package Cost. Upon receiving the booking amount My India Travels will start the booking process. If the proposed hotels and flights are not available at the time of booking, we will inform you the options available and ask for your approval before confirmation of booking. If you are not satisfied with the other options My India Travels will refund your full amount. After securing the booking My India Travels will mail you the confirmation details and invoice for balance payment. Once we receive the balance amount we will mail you the final confirmation letter.
Terms and Conditions
The Package is subject to availability at the time of booking. My India Travels does not hold any booking and will not be responsible for any Refund or Compensation for Shortage of tour due to Bad Weather, Curfew, Landslides, Road Blocks or any Natural Calamities Beyond our Control.
Cancellation Policy
You Can Cancel Your Booking by Providing a Request Through Email.
Cancellation Charges
Up to 40 Days before travel - Service Charge of INR 950/- Person per Trip.
39- 30 Days Prior to travel -50% of the Total Package cost per person per trip.
29-14 Days Prior to travel- 75% of the Total Package cost per person per trip.
Within 14 days of Travel Date/ No Show: No Refund.
